Delivery and Return/Exchange Conditions

For Order Cancellation Requests:

If your order is in the preparation stage and has not yet been handed over to the shipping company, you can request a cancellation by calling 0544 391 7693 or sending an email to info@sanalbakirdunyasi.com. Your order will be cancelled within the same day. We are open weekdays and Saturdays from 08:00 to 18:30.

Exchange and Refund Process:

The order must be checked upon delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, breakage, etc., do not accept it. Bakır Dünyası reserves the right to decide on exchanges or returns for products that are free from defects or errors. After receiving the product, you can send an email to info@sanalbakirdunyasi.com within 14 days of receiving the product to request an exchange or return. You can also request information about the exchange/return process at any time via this address. Your returned product will be inspected by Bakır Dünyası officials to determine if it meets the return conditions. Returns of products that meet the return procedures will be approved, and the product price will be credited to your bank account within 10 business days. Due to bank procedures, it may take 7-15 business days for this amount to appear in your account.

  • The product(s) must be sent back to us in their original undamaged packaging, unused, and without any damage resulting from packaging errors.
  • In the copper world, torn or removed copper products are considered used.
  • You must include the sales invoice for the product with the courier.
  • In case of return, the buyer is responsible for both the sale price and return shipping costs.
  • For many products, especially those used for decorative purposes, the right to determine exchange and return conditions is at the discretion of Bakır Dünyası company in order to prevent malicious use. 

Note: The return policy conditions described in this section apply only to products purchased from our website. For purchases outside of this platform, we reserve the right to determine the return conditions ourselves.

The return/exchange address and shipping company must be specified as ARAS KARGO.
